Why does Revitive Aerosure need to collect and store personal information?

Revitive Aerosure will process (collect, store and use) the information you provide in a manner compatible with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will keep your information accurate and up to date, and not keep it for longer than is necessary. Revitive Aerosure is required to retain information in accordance with the law, such as information needed for income tax and audit purposes. How long certain kinds of personal information should be kept may also be governed by specific business-sector requirements and agreed practices. Marketing by Revitive Aerosure - we would like to contact you by post and/or email to provide you with special offers and to help with customer and market research.

Marketing by our trusted retail partners - we work with iBehaviour (part of Conexance) and Epsilon Abacus (registered as Epsilon International UK Ltd), a company that manages the Abacus Alliance on behalf of UK retailers. The participating retailers are active in the following product categories: clothing, collectables, food & wine, gardening, gadgets & entertainment, health & beauty, household goods, and home interiors. They share information on what their customers buy. Epsilon Abacus analyses this pooled information to help retailers understand consumers’ wider buying patterns. From this information, retailers can tailor their communications, sending people suitable offers by post only that should be of interest to them, based on what they like to buy.

How we use your information to understand our customers wishes and shopping preferences

Our communications are designed to tell you about the benefits we can offer so that you have access to our best offers. We use the information we have about you to tailor the content and try to ensure that the offers are as relevant to you as possible. This service is offered free of charge unless your request is deemed excessive or unfounded. If this is the case, we will notify you of our intention to levy a reasonable cost and seek your agreement before undertaking the request.

How long do we keep your information?

Revitive Aerosure holds various categories of personal data for different periods of time. Wherever possible, we will endeavour to minimise the amount of personal data that we hold and the length of time for which it is held.
