Please note that for hygiene reasons there is a 14 day unopened, unused returns policy on the Revitive Aerosure Device. We cannot accept the return of Aerosure after 14 days of purchase, or if the the seal on the packaging has been broken, unless there is a product fault.

We are proud of the very positive feedback we get from our customers, and we want you to be completely happy with your Aerosure device. If you believe your goods are faulty or damaged please contact our UK customer service team on 0845 871 3989 who will be able to help you further.

If we are unable to resolve the problem over the phone we will arrange a collection of the product. (£7.99 would be deducted from the refund for the collection of the machine)

  1. In order to return the goods you must first obtain an RMA number from our Customer Service team on 0845 871 3989.
  2. Complete the returns form included in the original box.
  3. We will arrange for a courier to pick up the device on a convenient day for you (Monday-Friday 8:30 – 18:00)
  4. On the address, label add the RMA number and the return address: Actegy Health, 1 West Point, Western Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG121HJ.
